1 · Who we are
daves media is the advertising service of the daves group, operating digital street-facing screens at daves stores across Malta. Contact: media@daves.com.mt. These terms govern every booking placed through this site.
2 · The service
A booking buys 10-second advertising slots in a rotating loop on the screens covered by your package, for the number of weeks you select (minimum 2 weeks). Screen availability is confirmed at the time of booking. Play counts shown on this site are estimates based on screen operating hours and are not a contractual guarantee of a precise number of plays.
3 · Bookings, review and going live
Every creative is reviewed by our team before going live — normally within 48 hours on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Maltese public holidays). We may decline any creative that breaches section 6. If your creative is declined and you do not supply a compliant replacement, your booking is refunded in full. Your campaign starts on the booked start date once approved.
4 · Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT at 18%. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, by card, processed by Trust Payments. Card details are entered on and processed by Trust Payments’ secure systems — daves media never sees or stores your card number. A VAT fiscal receipt is issued to the billing details on your account.
5 · Refunds and cancellations
Declined creative, no compliant replacement: full refund. Cancellation seven or more days before your start date: full refund. Cancellation less than seven days before your start date: rescheduled to a later start at no charge, or refunded less any costs already incurred. Once a campaign is live, cancelled weeks that have not yet started are refunded pro-rata at the weekly rate of your package; started weeks are not refundable. If you book as a private individual (not a business), you also have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days of booking — this right ends once your campaign goes live with your agreement. Refunds are returned to the original payment card through Trust Payments, normally within 10 working days.
6 · Content rules
Creatives must be lawful, accurate and suitable for a general audience in a family-shopping environment. Alcohol, gambling and political advertising require prior written approval. No tobacco or vaping products, no adult content, no content that is misleading, defamatory or infringes third-party rights. You warrant that you hold all rights to the material you upload.
7 · Your data
We collect the account and billing details you provide, your booking history and the creatives you upload, and use them to deliver the service, issue fiscal receipts and contact you about your campaigns. Card data is handled solely by Trust Payments as payment processor. Your data is stored within the EU, is not sold, and is shared only with the processors needed to run the service. 8 · Liability
Screens occasionally go offline for maintenance, power or connectivity reasons. Where a screen in your booking is out of service for a material part of a booked week, we extend or credit the affected slots. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the Maltese courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
